I am a lawyer and I have just come across an amazing case in the Federal District Court in Northeastern Ohio. A man has filed a Writ of Mandamus siting improper practices by juvenile court employees regarding his child support case. It appears that his ex is an employee of the Ohio Dept of Job & Family Svcs which "manages" the child support information. From what I can tell there appears to be a violation of the "clean-hands" doctrine. Has anyone else run across a similar situation? If so email me at Lawschool1995@hotmail.com.
